By accessing or using Special Needs Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Special Needs Hub provides an AI-assisted support platform, resource library, and community forum for parents and caregivers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The platform is informational and supportive in nature only.

3. Not a Medical or Professional Service

THE AI HELPLINE AND ALL CONTENT ON THIS PLATFORM IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL, OR THERAPEUTIC ADVICE.

Always consult qualified professionals for medical diagnoses, treatment decisions, legal matters, or mental health emergencies. In an emergency, call 911 or a crisis helpline immediately.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • The AI chat feature requires a paid monthly subscription ($0.99/month).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post harmful, abusive, or harassing content in the community forum
  • Share another person's private information without consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on this platform — including but not limited to the Special Needs Hub name, AI helpline concept, resource library, and community forum — are the exclusive intellectual property of Special Needs Hub and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of this platform or its content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

The "Special Needs Hub" name and logo are proprietary marks of Special Needs Hub. Nothing on this platform grants any license or right to use our marks.

7. External Content & Resources

External links are provided for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with linked organizations and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Special Needs Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding a claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
